When you install or use the Gymdo mobile application:
If you access Gymdo on iOS, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at Apple Standard EULA.
If Gymdo offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, those purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) when made in the mobile apps. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by the applicable platform’s terms and your device account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymdo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Gymdo.
We may suspend or terminate access to Gymdo at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or if necessary to protect Gymdo, users, or third parties.
