New to Gymdo? Start here.
Download the Gymdo app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Get Started" and sign up with your email or Apple/Google account. You can also create an account on this website and sign in on the app.
Discover and follow workout plans.
A workout is a single session (e.g. "Chest & Triceps"). A routine is a multi-day program (e.g. "Push / Pull / Legs") that groups several workouts and often includes rest days. Routines help you follow a structured plan over time.
Log workouts and view your history.
Go to the Progress or History section in the app. You can view past sessions, total volume, and trends over time. Premium users get more detailed analytics and charts.
Billing, subscription, and account settings.
Subscriptions are managed through your device: on iPhone go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions. You can also open Gymdo → Profile → Subscription for a direct link.
Troubleshooting and app issues.
Try closing and reopening the app, then check your internet connection. If you’re on Wi‑Fi, try switching to cellular (or vice versa). Make sure you have the latest app update from the App Store or Google Play.
